Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of NBSReyes LLC are not eligible to participate.


Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 5th and ends on July 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.


Prize

One (1) winner will receive their choice of:

  • One (1) 2023 Ford F-150 (Approximate Retail Value: $40,000 USD), OR
  • $25,000 USD Cash

The winner must choose either the vehicle or the cash prize. No substitutions by the winner are permitted.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting the prize.


How to Enter

Purchase Entry

Eligible participants may receive Sweepstakes entries by purchasing qualifying merchandise through www.shopreyes.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

The number of entries awarded for each qualifying purchase will be displayed on the applicable product page.


FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following on a 3” × 5” card:

  • Full Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth

Mail the completed card in a standard envelope to:

Each properly completed mail-in entry will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 5, 2026, and received no later than July 10th

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.


Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required documents, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.


Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants NBSReyes LLC permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.


General Conditions

NBSReyes LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes or violate these Official Rules may result in disqualification.


Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NBSReyes LLC from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.


Privacy

Information collected from entrants will only be used to administer this Sweepstakes and communicate with entrants regarding the Sweepstakes.

To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the drawing to:
